Cypress Creek is a 640-acre premier golf course community located in historic Smithfield, Virginia, and conveniently located off state route 10 by-pass. At Cypress Creek, you are never too far from Tidewater’s many cultural, educational or recreational offerings.

Town water, town sewer, electric, natural gas and cablevision are all available. All utilities are located underground.

Building Guidelines
Homes must be a minimum of 2800 square feet of heated living space. Historic, Georgian, Colonial, Traditional and Transitional home styles are preferred. Brick, stone, synthetic stone, traditional stucco , painted and stained wood or approved masonry are required on all homes. All plans must be approved by an architectural review committee to ensure appropriate size, appearance and exacting quality standards are met.

Amenities
Cypress Creek’s amenities include landscaped common areas. Lighted roadways with aggregate curbs and gutters. Our homeowners’ community center offers a 25-meter swimming pool, three tennis courts and a recreational facility. The community is situated on a mile and a quarter of river frontage on Cypress Creek, and features a Curtis Strange Signature Championship golf course. Golf memberships are available.
