In an effort to maintain the natural pristine beauty of the surrounding countryside and to meet the exacting standards set by our architectural review board, Cypress Creek has established working relationships with a number of area builders. This list of preferred builders includes some of the area’s fi nest contractors that are well known for their quality practices and superior custom construction. Simply take a drive through Cypress Creek and you’ll notice the extreme attention to detail and the painstaking efforts that have been made to ensure all homes blend nicely with the surrounding environment. Each builder offers a number of designs that you can choose from, or they’ll be happy to work with you to design your dream home.

When thinking about the design of your home, keep in mind a few things: all homes must be a minimum of 2,400 for a one story and 2,800 square feet for two story of heated/air conditioned living space. Historic, Georgian, Colonial, Traditional and Transitional homes are preferred. Brick, stone, synthetic stone, traditional stucco, painted and stained wood or approved masonry are required on all homes (no vinyl siding). All garages are sideentry only and all plans must be approved by the Cypress Creek architectural review committee.
